Danielle McKinnon - Practice AdministratorDanielle McKinnon is the Business Manager for FACT Surgery and has worked with Dr. Caldeira since 2006. Danielle is a Tampa area native with over 10 years experience in the Healthcare Industry, Danielle has mastered every angle in patient care including patient intake, insurance billing, patient management coordination of care and office administration. She strives to fulfill both doctor and patient expectations in providing an efficient office environment and deliver above and beyond patient satisfaction.
She compares her role at FACT Surgery as being similar to caring for her own family, with integrity and compassion. Danielle will help with your billing, insurance, and financial concerns.
Josefina Rivera / Administrative BillerJosefina joined FACT Surgery in June of 2010. She is a New Jersey native with over 20 years in the Medical field.
With her vast experience in all areas of medical billing, her goal is to streamline the process in the office between the patients, the insurance company and our office so that the main focus remains on the patients care and rehabilitation.
Kelley Winters / Clinical AdministratorKelley joined the FACT Surgery team in 2008. She works closely with our patients in order to provide them with a stress free visit to our office. Her main goal with FACT Surgery is to facilitate the best possible pre and post operative experience for our patients. She also coordinates the surgery and procedure scheduling and will assist patients with any referral or authorization inquiries they require for their visit or surgery. Kelley plays an important role to ensure the continuity of care the patients need and deserve before and after their surgery.
Melissa Koliha - Physician's AssistantMelissa (Missy) has been a Physician Assistant since 2002. She began working with Dr. Caldeira in 2003 at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Administration Hospital and University Hospitals of Cleveland. She is an Ohio native, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Medicine from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2000. She then earned her Master's Degree in Biomedical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002 from the Medical College of Ohio.
In 2005, Missy relocated to Tampa to continue her career in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Her experience ranges from first-assisting in the operating room to providing peri-operative care to the patients.
Julie Koch - MarketingJulie joined FACT Surgery in February 2011 with her focus on Marketing. A native of Ohio, she moved to Tampa in 1999 to further her education and graduated from the International Academy of Design with a degree in Advertising.
With over 7 years of design, marketing, sales and advertising experience, Julie will be responsible for creating relationships, implementing a smooth process between Cardiologists and Physicians in the Bay area, and becoming a key asset in the growth of the FACT Surgery team.
